If your tastes run classical... this Savannah Georgia Inspired Makeover, features a sophisticated color palette inspired by nature.
Topaz house color paint, complimented with a sage green roof, putty green garage door, dark sage shutters and putty gray trim. We have added classic hardscaping choices- an old brick pathway and unique stamped and stained driveway. The landscaping features a southern courtyard and Canary Date Palm.

 

Upon seeing the rendering of this Key West inspired abode, the home owner picked this makeover.

The home owner wanted a big change and was amazed at how color could transform her type of house, which lacked architectural interest.

Fast Forward to the result! She picked the Key West option, envisioning herself in living in one of the exotic locations. Wanting an exotic transformation (but not an exotic over the top price tag) we were asked to limit architectural changes. We suggested beefing up the front entry columns, a smooth stucco wall treatment and new roof color. The rest of the transformation was accomplished with paint color, accessories and plants.
